 Examples of recruiting and follow up emailsHere are a number of example email scripts you can use to attract new customers or to follow up when potential customers view the movie. They are courtesy of various members of GDI and have been reproduced here with thanks. Please feel free to cut, copy, paste, edit and change as you see fit. We suggest you modify them slightly and use your own words. The examples are examples. Recruiting Email:-Remember if you are using an autoresponder you must send a cleaning message first. Your cleaner email establishes a right to send promotional material and also filters out the prospects who are not interested thereby helping to focus your efforts, reduce your costs and save your bandwidth. This message must NOT sell anything at all (not even a hint of a sale) and it must request permission to send promotional material. It must offer a removal method so the person can unsubscribe! This is very important!!Here is an example of a simple cleaner email:- Dear Joe/Fred/Bill/Mary, Your email address has been passed on to me as you have indicated that you have a potential interest in an online home business/some venture. I have a number of such ventures available. I would like to pass on the information for you to review. In order to be sure you want this information, I need to know if I may contact you? This may be by phone or email or both. Please confirm you would like this information by replying as soon as you can. Please be sure to add me to your filters and add my email address (Your Email) to your personal address books and friends lists so you are sure to receive the information you requested. Thank you for your time! Sincerely Your Name Your Email Your Phone. You must insert removal instructions here! Do NOT sell anything, provide HYPE or use superlatives and always appear sincere in your cleaner email!
